Terms of Service

Last updated: September 23, 2026

Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Avoreniq website (the “Site”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Avoreniq provides custom AI systems, AI agents, automation, and related technology services to businesses. These Terms describe the rules for using this Site and the general expectations for any engagement with Avoreniq. Separate terms will apply to any paid client project, as described below.

Website informational use

The Site is provided for general informational purposes to help you understand Avoreniq’s services and to invite you to book a free strategy call. Content on the Site is not professional, legal, financial, or tax advice and should not be relied upon as such.

Demo projects, examples, and any figures shown on the Site are illustrative only and do not represent results you will obtain.

Free strategy calls

Avoreniq offers a free strategy call booked through a third-party scheduling service. The call is intended to help us understand your needs and to share practical direction.

Booking or attending a strategy call creates no obligation on your part to purchase any service, and no obligation on Avoreniq’s part to deliver any work beyond the call itself.

No obligation to purchase

Nothing discussed in a free strategy call constitutes an offer, contract, or commitment to deliver paid services. You are under no obligation to buy anything, and Avoreniq is under no obligation to sell or deliver anything, unless and until a separate written agreement is signed.

Paid client engagements

Any paid work, project, or ongoing service is governed by a separate written agreement or proposal that describes the scope, deliverables, timeline, fees, and other terms specific to that engagement.

Where the terms of a signed client agreement differ from these Terms, the signed client agreement controls with respect to that engagement.

No guarantee of outcomes

AI, automation, and related technologies depend on many factors outside Avoreniq’s control, including your data, systems, workflows, team adoption, and market conditions.

Avoreniq does not guarantee any specific business, revenue, cost-saving, automation, efficiency, or AI-related outcome from its services. Any results described on the Site or in discussions are illustrative, not promises.

Intellectual property

The Site’s content — including text, design, logos, and other materials — is owned by or licensed to Avoreniq and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view and use the Site for your personal, non-commercial evaluation of Avoreniq’s services.

You may not copy, redistribute, or reuse Site content for commercial purposes without prior written permission. Intellectual property created under a paid engagement is addressed in that engagement’s separate agreement.

Acceptable use

You agree to use the Site lawfully and in a way that does not interfere with its operation or the rights of others. You may not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Site or any connected systems.

Automated scraping or excessive requests that impair the Site are not permitted.

Third-party services and links

The Site may link to or rely on third-party services, including the scheduling service used for strategy calls and website hosting or infrastructure providers. Avoreniq does not control these third parties and is not responsible for their content, availability, or practices.

Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Any information you provide to them is handled under their policies, not Avoreniq’s.

AI and automation limitations

AI and automation systems can produce incorrect, incomplete, or unexpected outputs. They are tools that require human oversight, testing, and ongoing review within your own processes.

Avoreniq is not liable for decisions you make based on outputs from any system, demo, or discussion. You are responsible for evaluating and validating AI outputs before relying on them in your business.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Site and any information, demos, or guidance provided through it are offered “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Avoreniq does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Avoreniq shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site or any information it contains.

Any liability under these Terms is limited to the extent permitted by law. These limitations do not affect any rights you may have under mandatory local consumer-protection laws.

Changes to these terms

Avoreniq may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Site after a change indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.

Contact

If you have questions about these Terms, you can reach out through the “Book a Free Strategy Call” link on this Site, which connects to a third-party scheduling service. Please avoid including sensitive personal information when using that service.
